Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paint is flaking off

    Hi everyone. I need some advice.

    My cars paint is starting to flake off. It was once repaired so i guess this is a result of that. I live in west wicklow. Would anone know where to get this sorted.

    Is it the paint, or the clearcoat?

    You will probably need a full respray either way.

    An alternative is finding the panel that needs fixing at a breakers.

    my account won't allow me to send a photo. It's not like this. It's more like a crack that is flaking along the crack line.

    +1 on Bob Roe, done a great job for me a couple of years ago. It's not a plastic panel by any chance?

    Not sure. It's an opel corsa 2011. Sounds and feels very light when I tap it.

    If it's plastic it could be the wrong primer.
