Hyundai Accent anti-roll bar bushing

Hi guys, so I failed my nct on Anti-roll bar bushes and links on passenger side of car. So went and bought both the bushing and the drop links to do a bit of DIY as it would've cost me 100 euros to get a mechanic to do the job.

So the drop link nuts were a pain in the hole to get off but eventually got it done. Bushing came out handy enough so I slipped the new one on the bar, greased it and bolted the clamp down tight but the bushing did not close fully. Pic is attached. Will this be a problem when I get a retest? It fits snugly around the bar just doesn't close fully. Both bushes are 18mm

Also pic attached of the drop link install. That when better than expected though.

As long as there is no play between bar and bush or between bush and clamp I don't think there should be any problem.
