Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Motorcheck Mileage & Servicing

    I am looking at a car and the motorcheck has the following.
    Previous Readings Mileage Source
    01/04/2016 33,391 Kms (20,748 Mls)INMR
    24/03/2016 33,391 Kms (20,748 Mls)UK Trade
    30/03/2015 17,220 Kms (10,700 Mls)UK Trade
    The dealer has provided documentation for the service at 10,700 miles and tells me that that was its last service and that they will perform a service on it before I pick it up.

    Is this fairly normal? if it was being sold on in march-april would the UK dealership not have serviced it?

    Or do they not get serviced if they are being auctioned off to dealerships?

    Sorry if I am sounding daft, I am just a deeply untrusting man.
