Severe intoeing

Has anyone ever had a child with severe intoeing? My 3yr olds left foot is becoming increasingly worse and yes been referred from physiotherapy to orthotics and now to a muscle tone clinic. It's l taking an age through the hse public system and I'm tempted to just bypass it all and go straight to a private orthopod. Just…
