Hi there as just wondering travel time on the m50 on a week day morning. Will be travelling from exit 12 to the portrane road and need to be there for 8.00am. Google maps and AA don't appear to take into account the traffic, anyone any ideas.

If you're on google maps, with the three bar button click traffic. Where it says "live traffic" change that to "typical traffic" and use the slider to choose the time period.

Might give you some idea of the time. Hope that helps.

Google Maps definitely does take account of the traffic if you tell it star time you'll be traveling at. You can even tell it what time you need to arrive at and it'll give you a time frame that you need to leave within to make it on time.
