    Moved from VM to Eir expecting good things but so far disappointed at the service - ordered the phone/bb/internet service online to be later told my order was never received despite me getting a confirmation email but that apparently this sometimes happens (!). Gave my order over the phone and was promised installation in one week.

    Later received my confirmation email with the wrong information for my package. Rang up again to be told I had to wait until my service was installed before this could be corrected and would have to ring them again to do this (even though it was Eir's mistake!). In the meantime received my installation date for 2 weeks away despite being told 1 week on the phone. Customer service said this was some sort of system error.
    I'm not a very fussy customer but it doesn't bode well when a basic order can't be processed correctly and accurate information given on the phone :(

    Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so sorry to hear you are unhappy with your eir journey to date and I apologise, this is not the service we wish to offer.
    The standard lead time for an installation is up to 10 working days and not a week I'm afraid.
