Hkc quantum 70 help!!!!

Hi As you can see it's the middle of the night, our hkc alarm panel has started with a voice message repeating over and over "lights on lights off" Putting in the code won't reset it- the 24 hour phone number isn't picking up- anyone shed any light on this for me????!!!!!! Thanks Mark

Thanks- problem was resolved , my mother had spilled water into her bag yesterday, it must have gotten in to her alarm fob- once the battery was taken out the issue stopped!
