The thing I noticed most about that was when Fellaini got the ball he didn't pass it backwards instead out to the wing to keep the attack flowing

We havnt been great but there has been flashes of brilliance in there. So encouraging.

I think Rooney has been shocking apart from the assist. Like playing with 9 instead of 10 outfielders. Was a decent cross into a dangerous position though.

I seen someone posting up about Rooney would not be a traditional no10 but the RW position would do that job so i have been watching that and it looks as Mata has a licence to roam and be the creator for the team. Rooney practically playing as a second striker but with more defensive responsibility.

That left midfield position is the weakest in the whole team for cover though isn't it. It never even crossed my mind in the summer but looking now what options do we have for there? I still reckon Memphis is better on the right even though he's played the left more, who else? Young??

Really? What has he done that is so "shocking"..

He has run the channels and recycled possession well and has seldomly given the ball away.. he has been much improved on last week

Rooney has played well. One or two stray passes but some lovely subtle ones too.

No one has been poor per say, bar Shaw maybe who has been weak defensively.
