In a 4-2-3-1 I'd be putting Drinkwater alongside Dier, and when he regains some fitness and form I'd probably go with Delph ahead of him also.

It's not just a he plays for Liverpool thing, i find him so totally uninspiring and pointless.

it's a pity for England Wilshire and Barkley are so off the boil. Their midfield options pretty limited right now

Every player I would imagine would have a fondness towards United. What Ferguson did at United will never be done again and players respect that.

Also we are the biggest supported club in the world so wouldn't be surprised that lots of plaYears would be fans as well

I'd have Drinkwater ahead of him too. And Delph, but he plays so little for City that there's nothing strange about the manager not using him for the national team. I'm still not seeing how Henderson starting can be considered mental, especially if your list has Delph in second place.

I'd say the fact Drinkwater isn't playing

My list would be DrinkWater - Delph - Henderson. Just feel Henderson is a body there doing nothing, Drinkwater provides a lot more scope.

They've a ridiculous amount of striking options: Griezmann, Martial, Lacazette, Benzema, Menez, Gameiro.

Giroud should be struggling to make the squad, nevermind the starting 11.

Fekir is a quality player as well. He have more caps if it wasnt for injuries.
