Disable front door HKC

Hi, Got a new front door fitted today and the sensors had to be removed from the old door. it iis just 2 loose wires at the moment. The alarm guy cant come to re fix till next week. Is there a way of disabling that sensor /zone until the work can be done. Thanks

Do you have the app? Possibly you could log on and look at the inputs and disable it ?

Just short out the two contact wires so that it appears the door is perminantly closed?

Just bear in mind because its an entry zone you will not get the entry buzzer prompting you to disarm the system when you come in. If you have a PiR in the hallway this may cause an instant alarm.
