    Anyone done the Jailbreak triathlon in Cobh before?

    Yeah, did it two years ago. The swim is the best of any triathlon I've done. It is closer to 2km than 1500m. Sighting is important as there is a tidal element where even the top swimmers get dragged off course a bit. Bit different to have the swim straight in front of you all the way rather than going from point to point.

    Bike was 4 loops out and back on a hilly bumpy road.

    Run is similar with 4 loops and one sharp incline on the course.
