    Everybody who didn't get a place yet-There are plenty of places left. I accepted my room at 5 o'clock and there was at least more than half the rooms left so don't worry yet.

    If I'm at a 1088 what are my chances of booking tomorrow? :/

    EDIT: Also not entirely fair that those who accepted their deferred CAO way back in July along with applying for Residences on time aren't offered spots in a timely manner...


    Wait, how does the system work. Is it queued or is it done by number so today was like 0-900 and tomorrow is like 900-1800?

    Reading an earlier reply somebody in the 900's was told this evening they'd be offered a room first thing in the morning so you are looking good

    Sorry, I just copied and pasted in a rush. There were the available rooms at that time. Those who have been offered a room a window of one day to accept their room.

    Just rang accommodation office we're at 1834 and he said culls aren't included in this figure which could knock upto 1000 of this number. He said there is about 400 rooms left but cheaper ones wont be available . Merville is already booked out. He reckons i could get an offer this evening or tommorow but choice will be limited and no guarantees. Hope this helps

    I think the number you have isn't entirely reflective of your actual place on the waiting list. I think there might be 700 or so at the top of the list who are not eligible for offers so in reality if you are 1800s I believe your actual position to be somewhere around the 1100s

    I emailed them yesterday evening and got my adjusted number which was 433 and I reckon I'm about 157 now. Someone please tell me there's 157 beds left!

    I was just at #1101 and got an offer 7 minutes ago. Before I chose the numbers were as follows:

    Ashfield: 94

    Glenomena: 217

    Roebuck Castle catered: 65

    Roebuck Hall residences: 166


    Both belgrove and merville are gone. I'd say as long as you're below the 2000 mark you have a good chance.

    At 1088 yesterday mine opened up at 9am... Cut to me setting my alarm at 10:45am! Anyway got Ashfield which was what I wanted. :) The way mine was setup was a right mess and the hoops I had to jump through and the amount of phone calls to the residences but thankfully I got what I wanted! :D
