Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Arsenal not looking like they'll score, I'm getting the fu*k out of here before this thread goes to sh*t!!

You mean when Wenger has signed his 3 year extension when we win 4th place trophy this year if we're lucky  Fed up of the same **** different year, like the vast majority here.

    No chance he is gone

2-0 down and could be 4 to Watford, yes people at home to Watford and being played off the park

Wenger has destroyed himself, the board no better

Worst 45 minutes i think i've ever seen from Arsenal. Barely won a tackle.

    No leadership on the field.
    No leadership off it.

Just saw a replay of the first goal. To put that on Ramsey is ridiculous. He maybe turned around after it hit him, didn't turn his back to it though.

Soups don't be surprised when its announced.

That was a horrendous 45 minutes.

Finding it very hard to find any positives

    God this is depressing

Feels like it happens so often I'd be desensitised, but nah.

That first half was an absolute disgrace. Fool me for thinking this would be a straight forward win at home to a side like Watford. The majority of these clowns have had over a week to prepare for this match as they didn't play Saturday. We literally are able to concede multiple goals against anyone at any time. There is a performance like this far too often the last few years, so I don't know why I'm surprised and get myself angered with this team.

Fred West is looking for a lawyer for his appeal.

Ramsey's performance and fault for both goals (even if it was a sh*te throw in) gets even more annoying via replays. We've been absolutely dire against a usually pisspoor Watford team.

He hung a leg at a shot and then started turning his back. It was a fluke of a deflection but still think he is partly to blame, maybe awful luck the other part.

    Fred West is dead.

To be fair there was a huge element of bad luck to the first goal and that took the wind out of the team's sails for a bit and obviously contributed to the collective brain freeze that led to the second.

You'd wonder how much of an impact the abscence of the manager giving some form of guidance from the sidelines had - Arsenal were unusually all over the place, even by their own standards.

It's hard to see how it's going to pan out from here, I fully expected Arsenal to put it up to Watford as the half wore on, but, jesus, they lacked bite, penetration, everything.

There's no denying Watford have been the better team so far. Wenger needs to give them some bollocking at half time to come out fighting.

I'm dreadfully sorry, but most sane people will disagree fully with your post here. It was a lame attempt at blocking the ball. Just lame!

Not committed to blocking the ball. Half-hearted in case he got hurt by the ball.

    So is Ramsey's reputation.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,729 ✭✭✭Arne_Saknussem

Normally when something like this happens i still have faith that a fightback is possible but not feeling it at the moment.

1-11 were complete gash, misplaced passes, miscontrols, half-arsed closing down and tackling etc

So Walcott + Perez on, or Bellerin + one?

The way Niang has left their side open, Bellerin might be a good option. Gabriel is going to get himself sent off too.

Would be tragic to have to leave Walcott or Perez on the bench all game though.

I really think the likes of Ramsey could do with a different face in charge of the team. He's a completely different player for Wales

Chelsea will be laughing their arses off too. In fact the whole Premier League will be having a chuckle.

I'm still holding out for 4-2

Arsenal making a change at HT!! Walcott on.

Wenger doesn't give guidance from the sideline ever. He believes in allowing players express themselves rather than been instructed mid game. Explayers have all said that once you cross he line it's on you he doesn't believe in mid game instruction

Mostly people who use oil money as an excuse and insist he's the best we can do.

Giroud off. Should've never started. Rubbish selection from Wenger again.

I personally know some people who don't think he will ever win another EPL, but still believe he's the right man in charge?? Makes no sense at all.
