Platter wobble on Flexson VinylPlay

    Hi guys 

    I ordered a VinylPlay turntable from you on 21st of July and took delivery the following week. I noticed over the weekend that there's significant platter wobble. I can video the platter and underlying mechanism. There is no play in the set up - everything is firm and stable so this seems like a factory fault. 

    I'm based in Dublin so it's a pain repacking and getting this back to you although I do have all of the original packaging. My order number was WEB-104536

    How should I proceed?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
