What would be the handiest PAYG gym around here? I'm very unfussy but the less wedged it is in the evenings the better and Id need somewhere to bench

Anytime Fitness is on Kill Avenue about a mile away. Not sure if they're PAYG though but you could ring.

The other option which is definitely PAYG is Loughlinstown Leisure Centre which would be about 2 miles from Rochestown Avenue.

For PAYG, it's going to be one of the DLCC gyms. Loughlinstown or Monkstown both of which are generally busy. Loughlinstown would have a better free weight selection.

    Best of luck.
