Further to recent posts in the General Chat thread about apples - it got me thinking about my own apple crop. Mrs Beer is currently making Gin soaked Damson Jelly (small bit of crab apple in there too). It's a by product from making a Hedgerow Gin.

I'm planning on making some more Sloe Jelly using some of the sloes left over from my Sloe Gin when I bottle it in a few weeks time too.
