Hope someone can advise, Hubby needs to either jump ship from one of the smaller cities and further his career or stay put in the job he's in for the last 15 years. Hubby needs to either jump ship from one of the smaller cities and further his career or stay put in the job he's in for the last 15 years. His skills set mean he is already in one of the possibly 2 positions that he could apply for around here.

Question is (without having to tax your brains too much) which city would be best for A. chasing dream job which is getting to work on big Ad campaigns and B. up-routing a family with 4 kids? 13 and 14 yr old on for a move, younger 2 are too young to say.

CV's sent to London and Dubai (have friends in both) but no fish biting yet.
