Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lift Share Needed

    Hi There, I need a lift share, one day only. From Tullamore station to the Bord na Móna Leabeg office near Lough Boora. It'll be Monday morning, the 5th of September. I'm not sure exactly what time yet but either 08:30 or 09:00. It's for a job interview and I don't have a car. Would appreciate any help and of course I'd pay you for it, thanks in advance.

    I would get a taxi, but reckon a taxi there and back could be the guts of €80 :eek:

    Can't help you personally I'm afraid. As its "out of the way" I wouldn't expect many people travelling out of town towards that area. But there are plenty of staff in the workshop and especially in the shared services centre (payroll, engineering, HR etc) The phone number for the Boora works and shared services centre is (057) 9345900. Maybe someone travelling out that way might oblige.

    Good luck with the interview. It's a good company to work for in many areas.

    Does anybody know, would I get a taxi easily at Tullamore station at 08:30? would there be many available taxis around it?

    Update: I got the job and will be moving to the Tullamore area. Thanks for all your advice guys. I'll be back on here asking a tonne of questions in the near future no doubt. Where to go, where to meet people etc.
