Best mobile for under €200 please?

Hi,

My wife is in middle of bill pay contract, broke her phone so I'm looking for a new one. Will have to be bought on pre-pay/buy phone on it's own.

She uses it for calls, calls & browsing internet mainly.

Someone recommended Xiaomi-Redmi-Note-3-Pro-5-5-Inch
