I rented out my old house when I moved into my new house and after a mixed bunch of tenants over the years I now have a greata family who look like they will stay for a very long time. is there anything i have to worry about should they continue to stay for the next few years in terms of me being able to move back or give the house to my children etc.
    thanks

They will get part 4 tenancy which gives them extra rights. You can move back in if yourself or immediate family want to. You could not move them out and put back on the market or set up air bnb for example, or rent it out to a friend of a friend. Google part 4 tenancy, you will get what you need. Probably citizens information website.
