Will this plant survive?

Hi, I have these plants in the pic in my garden, not sure what they are. I noticed they were being attacked by slugs/snails so recently started putting down pellets. You can see the lining of the stems being stripped, wondering if these will recover?

They should recover for next year. It's a Sedum
