Set up a midnight basketball league and educate the errant youth to the ills of drug dealing.

Make the entire effort as uplifting as possible, especially for that one kid who really wants to go to college but isn't sure if he'll get a sports scholarship because he's from the wrong side of the tracks in Ballygobum**** (population: 87).

Gardaí don't give a fúck. If you want anything done, call the gardai and when they don't do anything call Joe Duffy. Seriously. When Joe gives out about the Gardaí for doing nothing there'll be helicopters and armed response units down there that evening.
Joe is busy defending alleged criminals in Brazil at the moment.

I reported a similar thing to the gardaí in my mother's home town, it was going on in the lane behind her house and made her very nervous.

Gardai usually have a bit of a phobia about prosecuting sons of well to do families.

    Sidetack here somewate.
A guy pulled on gun on me once.
    I phoned the Guards.
10 years later and i expect them to arrive
    Someday!.
The fact they knew I was a Northern Ireland Protestant may have or may not had a part in them attending.
    Not for the first time.

It's illegal and by all accounts these people pose a real threat to the community - of course you should report them.

You can do via the Garda Confidential Helpline if you don't want to give your details.

you know alot about everyone for someone who only just moved there.
How small is this town? sounds like one street to me or a village?
Theses are a few teenagers not big drug dealers, right?

I have lived here for about 2 years so have made friends with some of the locals. The town is about 2500 population so no not too small.
I lived in London for 19 years so a few teenagers doing a bit of drugs wouldn't bother me. As I posted earlier I've dabbled a bit myself but these kids are on met & coke & are robbing & burglaring to fund their habits. They are hooked up with a bigger dealer from a bigger town

Must have been a crowded fishing boat

Why would you suggest that? Were you a member of that group?

The less that knows what went on the better! No one then to say who pulled the trigger!!!
