    After talking to a rep on the phone about 6 weeks ago I was told my bundle would cost a lot less that what I'm billed for. Could you look into this for me

    Hi baldtooyoung,

    I'm sorry to hear this.
    On your first bill you would be charged a part period charge. You can view this in service and connection charge' area of the bill. The 'service and connection charge' area of the bill does not necessarily indicate a connection charge but rather a charge for service from when the service activated up until the commencement of the billing date (all bills are charged one month in advance).

    Hey again
    It's a new price for the bundle I have had should be billed for. I got the new price through customer retention.I have been a customer and while.could I message whoever is working today with my details.
