Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I purchased an item from an online store which is based in Ireland. The item didn't work as I had hoped and I returned it within the 14 days. They have received the item but I haven't been refunded. I contacted them by email but no reply. I rang them and the person said that the warehouse staff were on holidays. I paid with Paypal but the resolution centre doesn't cover this scenario so I can't open a dispute through Paypal. Any advice on how I'm going to get my money back?

    Thanks.

What item did you buy if I may ask?
