Who do I need to layout field into Sites

Hi All

I am looking to get a piece of land laid out into potential sites?
I have been told I need an engineer or draughtsperson?

please can someone clarify, I do not need builiding plans drawn,
but rather an assesment of a piece of land and how it could be broken up

Is the land urban or rural?

What size is the proposed plot to be sub-divided?

How will they divide the field into sites without plans?
Who will guide the person to mark out the site (size,shape, orientation).
Then you need to make sure the areas are big enough to cover private open space, treatment areas etc

I think you need at least a site plan drawn up.

As above plus what is in the local dev plan and will it have a locals only twist?
Will you get planning?
You also need to check that the LA or the NRA have no plans for a 16 lane motorway to go though it

thanks for answering, it is a site plan I am looking to have drawn, but do not know who I need to engage to do it?
sorry clueless here. do i need an architect or is there someone else i should be hiring?
