Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    As far as I know you can go into billing in the dashboard and change the card number.

    Yes, it's what Kieran Nutritious Plaster said, you can change the billing card via the dashboard, once you login with the account of the administrator

    The previous posters are spot on! You can change your credit card info via your Blacknight control panel under Account > Payment Method.

    Or alternatively just email us on sales@blacknight.com, referencing the domain you would like to renew, and we can do that for you.

    Absolutely not, we would never advise a customer to send credit card details via email.

    To clarify, if you email sales@blacknight.com, we can get in touch directly with regard payment.
