Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Origi not working hard enougbh.

    1. Firmino 2. Sturridge 3. Origi

Should have 2 of the 3 starting every game imo, feck this #10 fest game after game after game when you have strikers available.

Sturridge moonwalking onto the pitch makes me laugh. :D

Wanyama has played well in the second half.

It's bad enough he gets to talk pre, post and mid game but now we're getting Redknapp's input randomly during the game

But has the pace of being 5 years older

As a neutral, finding this very poor standard, its far too frantic, with no-one keeping possession.

Handball, but not deliberate, so not a peno imo unfortunately.

Wijnaldum far too soft in every aspect of his game.

  • Correct call ref

    Firmino has played a blinder.

    Lalana has been AWOL

I think you missed the point the reason he's shouting for arsenal and spurs is because he's a united fan

And Alan Smith, the Arsenal legend? Shouting for Spurs?

Pull the trigger sooner Adam. Far too ponderous

Predict that Klopp is going to be quite pissed off during the post match interview.

Smith hates both teams, he is a moany Brummie git.

In fairness in his analysis Smudger is always anti-Arsenal. I've always wondered was it because he felt he needed to prove he wasn't shouting for the club he played with.

Ericsson had a poor game gave the ball away in a lot of dangerous areas

2 points dropped, no cutting edge....

Fair result. Liverpool better first half, spurs better second. Similar chances for both sides.

2 points dropped given how the game went. Not that a point at Spurs is a bad result in isolation.

  • Fair result in the end

What was the difference between Dier and Matip? Yet yellow for the latter.

    Typical of this referee.

What a chance at the end. Shocking ball. Firminhio was straight in.

I have noticed that, but that doesn't change the concept of him wanting Spurs to score being silly.

Good for Kevin Steward to get those last 38 seconds.

    useful.

He should be. We were wasteful and should've won.

How can people say fair result. Liverpool were clearly the better side.

Fair result, Liverpool didn't offer much second half. The pace they set in the first half had them out of gas in the last 20 mins.

Purely in the fact they both scored one goal. That's it. Liverpool were clearly the better team today.

Not that it matters if you don't score.

Liverpool were better in more of the game than Spurs were, but the last 20 minutes always stands out more because you can win/lose games then.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

Liverpool as per played really well for about 35 minutes. Could have had a few goals. Spurs were better the rest of the game.

Spurs were much stronger in the second half tbf
Klopp putting on origi when spurs were coming into the game was a poor decision. He should have tightened up midfield and buckled down for the 1-0 win
That's where Liverpool will struggle again this season, I don't see a leader in the team. Your not going to be able to play a high pressing game all the time, sometimes you have to grind the result and this is something they struggle with

In fairness. Milner just said it was a fair result in the post match interview.

Of course, that probably doesn't suit your agenda.

Even better chance the other end before that on the counter.

Was a good tackle by alderweild
Think he's talking about the counter attack spurs fluffed with a silly offside
