Ooh I'm not sure about that one. I'm not sure he'll start.

I'm all for gambles but not sure you need to captain him. If he scores well your team will do well anyway as he's a differential. You can still captain Sanchez, Ibra or Hazard and just have Sturridge in the team and you'll make ground if he plays and scores.

Best of luck if you go with him, you're a braver man than I!

1. What are the news re Gray? Am I right in assuming no news means no ban?

2. Why all the talks about Lamela rested? Did Pochettino say something about it? Or is it just that man who tweeted last week with no info whatsoever but speaking out loud that with a late arrival from South America he'd be rested?

3. Then I presume there's no point for me to take a 4 pts hit this week to bring in Baines (or Williams) for Stones. He's back fit and I can play Friend ahead of him this week.

No ban for Gray this week for certain, but a hearing still to come.

Don't fancy Snodgrass or Redmond? Although I do like Puncheon, did great for me for a while a few seasons ago and he sh1ts when he wants. Need to see how Palace and Everton are over the coming weeks to assess Puncheon, Benteke, Bolasie etc no to mention Bony at Stoke.

Lamela arrived back late from a tough international game. The other big thing is the signing of Sissoko, you don't pay out £30 million for a bench player and his position is where Lamela plays for Spurs.

Unless Lamela moves centrally behind the front man, and that's unlikely with Alli and Kane both playing there recently, there is no other spot for him in that team. It's so crowded there now with Eriksen, Janssen, Kane, Alli, Sissoko and Lamela fighting for four spots.

I had him and I've got rid due primarily due to the signing of Sissoko.

Guy in my league used his WC this week, kept Aguero in his squad. He brought in two 4m defenders who haven't played yet this season, Thomas Robson for Sunderland and Jack Stephens for Southampton.

I think he did similiar last season trying to save funds but it's just a baffling strategy.

Cheers but unfortunately for me 10 mins too late resulting in a 12 points deficit (Capoue on the bench).
