    Was cycling to day when I saw a house for sale.
    Not moving but decided to have a nosey ( I live in Balrothery).
    Any way DNG are advertising it as being in Skerries !
    Is this estate agents poetic licence or am I missing something?

    I see it regularly - houses on the east side of Swords and the northern end of Coolock being advertised as being in Malahide.

    The other one you'll regularly see in NCD is "only 10 mins from airport" - WTF? by helicopter?
