We have a 40" Samsung TV which has begun flickering onscreen. Two weeks ago there was the odd flicker on the upper left, no it's all over the screen, obscuring any part of the picture. We checked the cables and leads, nothing obvious. Turning it off and on fixes it briefly but it comes back. Is it repairable at a…

Is it repairable at a reasonable price or will we be shelling out for a new one?
