    Breakaway

Dylan Teuns (BMC), Luis Leon Sanchez (Astana), Alexandre Geniez (FDJ), Jan Bakelants and François Bidard (AG2R - La Mondiale), Thomas De Gendt (Lotto - Soudal), David De La Cruz (Etixx - Quick Step), Moreno Moser (Cannondale - Drapac), Mathias Frank and Dries Devenyns (IAM Cycling), Bartosz Huzarski (Bora-Argon18) and Pello Bilbao (Caja Rural - Seguros RGA).

40km to go and the peloton are 5 minutes behind the break.
So the breakaway are definitely catchable, but whether the peloton will bother or not is another story.

I'm going for De Gendt or Geniez to win, purely because they are on my Velogames team :)

Great ding-dong battle going on in the breakaway.

    Less than 15km to go.

De la Cruz may hang on to take the Red jersey!

Judging by how strong he finished, Moreno Moser could be a bit annoyed with himself there for not being in a proper position to have challenged for the stage win.

Dreadful that the timing was off for the main peleton crossing the line. Cycling really seems to suffer from amateurism in that regard imho, it was the same in the tdf a number of times this year and as for the Olympic road race....
