EBS Banking transactions down

    I am with EBS and I keep getting declined for transactions over the counter.
    I do have a balance and was wondering if anyone else has the same issue ?
    I know this happened a couple of months ago and EBS was down for the morning.
    Also Online transactions not working.

    Rang the Bank turned out to be an error on my account (their end).
    My balance was wrong he said he had to update my card balance??????
    Has anyone ever heard of something like this before i find this to be madness ???

    He said my balance didnt sync over night so my account only looked to have 1 euro in it instead of my actual balance :S
