    am told old spar/old londis at the bridge junction , main st,.........super location, is subject to a court case,and will be tied up for a long time.........falling into poor repair with each passing month, roof in bad way.........................? pity.

    I never saw any planning application signs, presume they need permission.

    That file number was for retention which is usually for work already done that wasn't previously applied for. Maybe they are going the same route again as they got late permission the last time.
