Price for tiling floor per sq m

    What sort of price per sq m is the labour/materials for tiling a floor (excluding the price of the tile)?

    Looking at 22 sq m, with wood-effect tiles if that makes any difference:

    In or around E40 / m.sq. which would include adhesive and grout.

    And you can get dark grout colours correct? I've heard main problem with tile is keeping grout clean but if it's dark then this won't be an issue :)
