    The propert house land folio says ...... subject to the provisions prohibiting letring subletting or subdivision in section 12 of the land act 1965... What does this mean

    Section 12 of the Land Act 1965 was fully repealed from the 4th November 2005.It doesnt apply anymore so you don't need to worry about it.

    So any property bought with that restriction can be let out ?
