I the young lad a 2ds recently with Super Mario Bros 2 preloaded. The game has now disappeared - I don't know if he has deleted it. He had made up a Mii and I think thats gone aswell.
Is there anyway of reloading the game for free?
I presume it had been on the SD card and he must have formatted it or something. Needless to say he's not a happy camper :(

Check your settings to see if the data for the game is there. Maybe the icon has been moved to a folder by accident?

If no sign, go into the eShop your and over to settings in there. You can access all previously bought/owned digital content there (as long as it was on the 3DS that you're using). You can redownload it, but you probably won't have your save data.

Cheers. I'll give that a go.
