Missing bank card

    Good Morning

    I wasnt able to make online purchases last week due to my debit card expiring at the end of Sept. I rang BOI and was informed a card was on the way to me. This was last Wednesday and still no sign of it. I really need the new card ASAP, can someone please look into this for me.

    A new Visa debit card will generally take 5-7days to arrive at your statement address.

    If you want to follow up on this and ensure the card was sent to you it will be necessary to call BOI Direct on 0818365365 a representative with account access will be happy to assist you.

    Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-midnight, 9am-6pm weekends and bank holidays.

    I still dont have it. It's really not acceptable to have to wait this long. I cannot buy anything online without this and have been waiting over a week for it! I'm extremely annoyed with BOI over this, it's very unprofessional.
