All4 on Samsung Smart TV

    Is anyone having problems with the All4 app on their Samsung TVs? We have two smart TVs in the house, both Samsungs but different models and are experiencing issues with both. When you select the All4 app - you are asked to immediately sign in or just browse. If you just browse and select something to watch it asks you again to sign in but won't allow you to actually sign in - it stays at the username page and you can't get by this. This has been happening for about two weeks now - is this happening to anyone else? I have checked that both TVs have the latest firmware installed so that shouldn't be the issue.
