LRA requires commitment to JC reform.

The new JC was not mentioned in any form in the LRA. In fact both unions were able to take industrial action in it under the previous agreement which many said also included it.

Well it was made clear to us (TUI) that commitment to curricular reform within schools, as detailed in section 3.2 of the LRA, covered JC reform.

I suppose it depends if you count the new Junior Cert as curricular reform!
Really and truly, curricular reform can be any changes they want it to be. Is this the camel's nose for short courses back on the table again?..... sorry not even 'on the table' but straight into the classroom... farewell non-stem subjects, it was good while it lasted.

    Here's the Document http://www.pseu.ie/_fileupload/Agreements/Public%20Service%20Stability%20Agreement%202013-2018.pdf
