I would expect temperatures to soar into the low or even mid 20s with sunshine tomorrow, the air mass is very toasty according to ship reports in the warm sector dragged northeast by Karl (which has now been entirely absorbed into the low further north). There's a ship report at about 24W that has 24/22 temp/dp, while that dew point won't advect into Ireland, with mixing the temperatures could show up in Leinster and parts of midlands tomorrow. Add a bit of downsloping and possibly 24-25 may be reported locally but will say 22-23 at weather stations. Then a repeat on Wednesday ahead of the advancing cloud.

That would certainly be a bonus this time of the year to get a couple of warm days like that. Fantastic here around Tralee today. Got up to a very decent 18.3C in light airs. Good spells of sunshine.

Pic of a ship leaving a sunny Fenit harbour today at high tide, just after 14.00, full of crane parts destined for Italy.

today turned out much better than expected, still cool but some very pleasant sunshine. Off to Fuengirola later tonight, hopefully some nice warm temps there over the next 10 days. Would love to see a proper thunderstorm there but these never seem to happen when I am in Spain!.

A nice Sat pic corresponding with the charts for 12.00 today showing the now absorbed Karl and its direction heading up between Iceland and Scotland, will be interesting to see what temperatures come out of the warm sector as mentioned by MT

Windy, infact quite blustery here in castlebar but it's a very warm wind. Blue skies with low cloud out to the west, I'd say it's very misty along the coast

At first glance it looks to be quite cooler compared to the next few days, and possibly quite wet at times, but it is a few days out and that could change.

Got up to 19.1C here near Tralee in unbroken sunshine all day. Breezy at times from the SW. 15.3C atm

A quick look around and 20C seems that warmest temp today.

The HIRLAM going for large areas getting between 22C and 24 C :) and with that stiff breeze you would expect a fohn effect in the E possibly shoving up the temp another 1 or 2 degrees.

beautiful 26C today along the west Malaga coast, not raging hot but similar to the very warm and pleasant conditions we had in eastern Ireland during the first 10 days of Septemeber

Very Humid in Tralee at about 19C or 20C
Bit cooler on the coast in a fresh breeze . Tracts of Low trailing scud like cloud with patches of blue sky.

keeping a check on temperatures back home, a pleasant 23C in parts of Leinster today. Only a few degrees in the difference between Leinster and southern Spain, not bad for late September!

I'm quoting Trogdors station as usual.

Bray 25.4ºc (High of 25.8ºc) with 66% Humidity
    Humidex 31.8ºc

    Gimme an f...
    Gimme a ö
    Gimme an h
    Gimme an n.

    What does that spell??

    Sweatin' Buckets!!

    max 23.3c and 22.9c now.
Shame the sun came out quite late in the day, a 25 could easily have been reached with more sunshine.
