Anonymous posting blocked due to country's IP address

I'm trying to post an anonymous question in a forum which supports it.

The first time I tried, I got an error message saying that I couldn't because the country I'm posting from is blocked due to spam and that the only IPs able to post anonymously would need to be in Ireland or UK.

That was fine as my work IP address actually shows as Poland.

But then I tried it again on my mobile's 3G network, which is definitely Ireland-based, and then again on my home broadband network, which is also Ireland-based (I checked IP address in both instances) but I'm still getting the same error message. This is on three different devices with three different IP addresses, two of which are based in Ireland.

    Thanks
