Connect to new cabinet instead of exchange?

An additional cabinet has just gone live in the last day or two in my are of Carrignavar, CNV1_001. Currently I'm connecting directly to the exchange at a line length of ~3500m getting a locked 3.5mbps. Will I be connected to the new cabinet instead as it's on the route the phone lines take to my house, I'm about ~1800m…
