    Hey guys,

    Me and my brother (Same xbox) are trying to play against another friend on Xbox live but only one of us can join the game.

    Is there any way to we can both play?

    Check everyone has their NAT open and it should work

    does your brother have a profile created on the xbox?

    also, have you set the console as your 'home' xbox, and allowed sharing of Xbox live gold?

    Yes to all the above.

    I think it is something that 2K have disabled for online multiplayer on their games(that 2 players on the same Xbox cannot play online together).
