After a bad run we have been mostly injury free of late

The astro should be pretty dry tomorrow thankfully.

I think to combination of the wet astro and cold last week was really risky for injuries. Couldn't have been closer to doing my ankle in. Definitely a good idea to do 2/3 laps of the pitch and stretches to stay injury free!

lads are there any subs available? i got sent home from work and went to the doc. possible sinusitis is the diagnosis. Dont want to exacerbate it by playing tonight.
however if no subs put their name forward i'll play.

Looks like we'll have Karl's six guys vs Josh's six guys tonight!

Only 4 or 5 of the originals going tonight it seems! I think it's just myself, Josh and Karl who've been there every week since the beginning and I think Marc just missed the first week if I remember correctly.
