    I'm out for next week anyway. Had a sore ankle since last Thursday and in a small bit of pain during the week but made it worse last night. Should only need 1 weeks rest anyway and will be back the following week!

    Unfortunately I'm out for a week on physio's orders after I aggravated my back last week. P!ssed off as last week was a good run out.

    Will be raring to go next time so stick me down for next week when it comes around.

    Hahaha, yeah I sort of switched off mid-canter and found myself against a Rob-shaped wall.

    Not a major worry thanks, just a mild muscle injury. Only my second time missing Wesley football but will miss it! I'll stick to non-contact training til next week :)

    If by Thursday afternoon you're still short one, I'll try even it up but anyone that wants to go or says they can go at the last minute as the last man is welcome to take that place.

    Ankle isn't as bad as I thought it would be at this stage considering I was in agony Friday morning walking to work but it's still not 100%

    Would prefer to give this week a break but if I took it fairly handy on Thursday, I should be alright. Let me know anyway!
