One thing I haven't mentioned is my right knee. Around April a swelling appeared just to the right and bottom of my kneecap when my knee was bent more than 90 degrees. Went to kdoc and my go a few times and log story short they haven't really got a clue.

Doc sent me for X-ray after failed anti inflammatories and I have bipartite patella. I visited a Physio a few times as well cos I had slight reduced rom as in I couldn't lock my knee out, it wasn't painful but just wouldn't go any further without being forced. I have an appointment with a public physio on the 27thof this month and waiting to see and orthopaedic surgeon to see what he thinks but since I start squatting the swelling seems to have decreased a bit and my knee certainly feels more natural movement compared to before.

I only noticed this yesterday but I presume this is a big no no the way my back is curving at the bottom? I think I might be better off to lose more weight first and continue working on mobility and then come back to the workouts out a later time.
