Nightsaver meter

    I recently switched to prepay electricity. 

    I have storage heating so I asked both the sales rep+ the installation guy if I'll remain on nightsaver tariff, both said I would.  I see I am not.  Can this be fixed?

    Thank you for your post.

    It is unlikely that the tariff at the property would have been changed as there is a charge to switch from NightSaver to 24 hour. This charge would be required upfront before the work could be done. Do you have storage heaters? We would need to check your account to see if there were any changes to the tariff.

    For account security, we require the following information by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
