    Hi all

I've never tried tofu before - any recipes for me?

    Thanks

You can do so much with Tofu, literally. It can be used in breakfasts, dinners, desserts.

The simplest possible tofu recipe: Use the firm kind packed in water (not the jellylike kind packed in a box like a drink box). Cube it in bits about 1cm or so and brown it in a little oil in a pan with a chopped onion. Add a jar of your favorite curry sauce and a couple handfuls of frozen peas. Simmer ten minutes and serve over basmati rice.

We used to make this all the time when I was a vegan :)
