Looking to rent

Hello,

I am 26 years old originally from the US studying veterinary medicine at UCD. I am looking for accommodation, two private rooms, for myself and a friend of mine who is a masters student at UCD, 25 years old, also from the US. We are looking to be close to UCD, within biking distance with a budget of about 750euro a month (each). Any ideas or advice is greatly appreciated not having much luck on daft.ie or rent.ie.

As you might understand, since the term has already started most of the convenient and affordable places near UCD have been already taken by other students. Dublin and Ireland in general is undergoing a housing crisis and rent availability is minimal while prices are spiralling.

How long are you looking to rent? I may know someone who has a room in Dundrum area but depends on how long the rental period is for.

We are looking for long term accommodation, at least a year.
