Jabra Revo Red Light Issue

    Hi,

I own a pair of Jabra Revo Wireless headphones.

Recently, the red Battery and Connection light has come on and stayed on.

Normally, this led is off. It is red while charging, and off while powered on/fully charged.

It is now permanently red. Whether charging, in use, or even switched off!

I have completely ran the battery down, no Bluetooth connection possible...and it's still red.

    Has anyone any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

Have you tried their Support page?

There doesn't seem an easy answer anyway.
Best I can guess, take them apart & solder in a new battery from eBay.

    Hey!

Yes, I tried the support page, but I think they misunderstood me.

Anyway, I think it may have just been a loose wire. I gave it a bit of a tap, and the light went off.

    Thanks for your reply!
